1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dubai Car Battery House ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Offered

We provide mobile car battery replacement, jump-start, and related diagnostic services ("Services") within the Emirate of Dubai.

Service Limitations

• The successful provision of Services is subject to technician availability, location accessibility, and safety conditions.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if the location is deemed unsafe or inaccessible, or if the vehicle requires mechanical repairs beyond the scope of simple battery replacement.
• All battery installations are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, details of which will be provided at the time of service.

3. User Obligations and Safety

You agree to:

• **Provide Accurate Information:** Ensure all details provided (location, vehicle information, contact number) are accurate and complete.
• **Access and Safety:** Ensure the service location is legally accessible, safe, and that you or a representative is present to grant access and authorize the work.
• **Cooperate:** Follow all instructions provided by our technicians related to the service procedure and safety protocols.

4. Pricing and Payment

The total cost for the Service, including the battery price, delivery, and installation fee, will be quoted to you before the technician begins work. Payment is due upon completion of the Service.

• **Pricing:** Prices are subject to change based on battery type, vehicle requirements, and market conditions.
• **Accepted Methods:** We accept cash, credit/debit card payments, or other digital payment methods as available at the time of service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dubai Car Battery House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from:

• Vehicle damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or faults not related to battery installation.
• Any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, traffic congestion).
• Any damage incurred while the vehicle is being operated by you or a third party after the service is complete.

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service from which the liability arose.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Dubai.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
